PRE-WORK: The main purpose of this part of the training is to prepare the ground for the live sessions. Students are given pre-recorded lessons (mp3), of 26+ hours in total. They are expected to listen to these sessions prior to coming to the live classes. Time available for listening is 1 month.

LIVE TRAINING: The main purpose of this course is to support students to conquer the Competencies of a Professional Coach. It provides direct training on:

• 1Coaching Competencies, as per ICF protocol
• Coaching mindset, of the effective coach
• True-me® Breakthrough Coaching Methodology
• Practicum
• Mentoring

This is achieved through 96 hours of live training, delivered in a 2-month time frame, as follows:

• 4 modules of 3 days, 8 hours/day.
• Each module is conducted every 2 weeks.

OBSERVED COACHING SESSIONS & INDIVIDUAL MENTORING: Ten (10) observed coaching sessions for each student. Written feedback provided for five (5) of them. Mentoring for those 5 sessions is also provided. This part of the training starts after the first live training session. Total of 7.5 hours of individual meetings with students.

ASSIGNMENTS: 6 essays for self-reflection, awareness and growth for students and their coaching practice

GROUP MENTORING: 20 hours of Mentor Coaching over four (4) months, integrated into the total program and occuring periodically throughout the course of the training. This part of the training starts during the first live training session.

During the live training sessions, there will be 38 opportunities for exercising and practicing coaching.
Opportunity will be provided to liaise and work with co-student to practice skills.

This consists of two parts:

• Two (2) recorded sessions with clients are required to be submitted for evaluation. Students will be asked to transcribe those sessions and add their own comments and evaluation. These coaching sessions are at least one half-hour (30 minutes) in length.
• Candidates will need to pass an open book written exam, to evaluate their level of understanding of the teachings received.

After successful evaluation, students will get accredited as a True-me® Breakthrough Coaching Academy Coach.

Graduates of the program will be ready to apply for an individual ICF Credential, either Associate Coaching Certification (ACC) or Professional Coaching Certification (PCC)
