At the same time, it provides support for the coach’s own personal development and teaches how to build a successful coaching business.

STRUCTURE OF PROGRAM
30 hours total training
- 4 modules:
- Module 1: Advance techniques for in depth Client’s transformation
- Module 2: 7 essential laws & 20 processes to master them
- Module 3: Coach & Coachee Personal empowerment modalities
- Module 4: How to Build a successful Coaching Business
- 5 hours group mentoring
- 30 hours pre-recordings (asynchronous)
CONTENT OF THE PROGRAM
GROUP MENTORING: 5 hours of Group Mentor Coaching over five (5) months
ASSIGNMENTS: 4 essays for self-reflection, awareness and growth of Coaches and their coaching practice
INDIVIDUAL MENTORING: Optional. Program and fees to be discussed.
PRACTICE SESSIONS
EVALUATION PROCESS to GET ACCREDITED
- Two (2) recorded sessions with clients are required to be submitted for evaluation. Students will be asked to transcribe those sessions and add their own comments and evaluation. These coaching sessions are at least one half-hour (30 minutes) in length.
- Candidates will need to pass an open book written exam, to evaluate their level of understanding of the teachings received.
After successful evaluation, students will get a certification of completion and a CCE accreditation from True-me Breakthrough Coaching Academy and ICF.
NEXT STEPS AFTER REGISTRATION
After registration is completed, you will be sent access to the platform of the Academy were you will find a detailed instruction manual with all the information and the dates you will need to know before starting your studies.
