PROFESSIONAL COACH – LEVEL 2
AN ALL INCLUSIVE ACCREDITED COACH TRAINING PROGRAM
The program provides with an extended curriculum and practicum, to support students take confident steps into this profession and acquire a very high level of Coaching Capabilities. It is mostly suggested for those that aim to conduct effective coaching sessions in a Professional Environment (i.e.Corporation).
Graduates of this accredited program will be eligible to apply for credentials from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) using the ACC or PCC LEVEL 2 Applications. These applications do not require participation in the ICF Performance Evaluation Process.
Material of program is in English, delivery is in English, Spanish & Greek depending on the group of students requirements.
STRUCTURE OF PROGRAM
150 hours total training
- 96 hours live
- 4 modules | 3 days each| 8 hours/day
- 40 hours group mentoring
- 5 hours individual mentoring
- 26 hours pre-recordings (asynchronous)
CONTENT OF THE PROGRAM
LIVE TRAINING: The main purpose of this course is to support students conquer the Competencies of a Professional Coach at a high level. This is achieved through 96 hours of live training, delivered in a 2-month time frame, as follows: 4 modules of 3 days, 8 hours/day. Each module is conducted every 2 weeks.
OBSERVED COACHING SESSIONS: Ten (10) observed coaching sessions for each student. Written feedback provided for all Ten (10) of them.
INDIVIDUAL MENTORING: Five (5) individual mentoring sessions (1-hour session each)
ASSIGNMENTS: 6 essays for self-reflection, awareness and growth of Coaches and their coaching practice
GROUP MENTORING: 40 hours of Group Mentor Coaching over two (5) months, integrated into the total program and occurring periodically throughout the course of the training,
PRACTICE SESSIONS
Opportunity will be provided to liaise and work with co-student to practice skills.
EVALUATION PROCESS TO GET ACCREDITED
- Two (2) recorded sessions with clients are required to be submitted for evaluation. Students will be asked to transcribe those sessions and add their own comments and evaluation. These coaching sessions are at least one half-hour (30 minutes) in length.
- Candidates will need to pass an open book written exam, to evaluate their level of understanding of the teachings received.
After successful evaluation, students will get accredited as a True-me® Breakthrough Coaching Academy Professional Coach – Level 2.
