THE HOLISTIC COACH
AN ALL INCLUSIVE ACCREDITED COACH TRAINING PROGRAM
A holistic approach to coaching, that combines science and energy, as a way to provide clients with in depth, practical but at the same time, spiritual support. This is also a start to finish coach training program.
Graduates of the program get a True-me Breakthrough coaching Academy Certificaton and may apply for an individual ICF Credential Level 1 or Level 2.
STRUCTURE OF PROGRAM
85 hours total training
8 modules:
- Module 1: Strong and Effective Coaching Skills & Capabilities,
- Modules 2-4: The unparallel True-Me® Breakthrough Coaching Method,
- Module 5: The Step by Step client’s journey
- Module 6: Seven essential laws & 20 processes to master them
- Module 7: Coach & Coachee Personal empowerment modalities
- Module 8: How to Build a successful Coaching Business
11 hours group mentoring
60 hours pre-recordings (asynchronous)
CONTENT OF THE PROGRAM
TEACHING SESSIONS: Virtual, 40 pre-recorded training sessions of 60-90 minutes long, including demonstrations of the taught processes.
OBSERVED COACHING SESSIONS & INDIVIDUAL MENTORING: Ten (10) observed coaching sessions for each student. Written feedback provided for five (5) of them.
GROUP MENTORING: 10 hours of Mentor Coaching over ten (12) months, integrated into the total program and occuring periodically throughout the course of the training
ASSIGNMENTS: 10 essays for self-reflection, awareness and growth of Coaches and their coaching practice
PRACTICE SESSIONS
EVALUATION PROCESS to GET ACCREDITED
This consists of two parts:
- Two (2) recorded sessions with clients are required to be submitted for evaluation. Students will be asked to transcribe those sessions and add their own comments and evaluation. These coaching sessions are at least one half-hour (30 minutes) in length.
- Candidates will need to pass an open book written exam, to evaluate their level of understanding of the teachings received.
After successful evaluation, students will get accredited as a True-me® Breakthrough Coaching Academy Coach and will be given an ICF Continue Coaching Education Credential.
NEXT STEPS AFTER REGISTRATION
After registration is completed, you will be sent access to the platform of the Academy were you will find a detailed instruction manual with all the information and the dates you will need to know before starting your studies.
