PROFESSIONAL COACH – LEVEL 1
AN ALL INCLUSIVE ACCREDITED COACH TRAINING PROGRAMS
The program provides excellent knowledge and practicum for students taking their first steps into coaching and wanting to acquire the capabilities of a Coach. It is mostly suggested for those that aim to conduct effective coaching sessions in a Professional Environment (i.e.Corporation).
Graduates of this accredited program will be eligible to apply for credentials from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) using the ACC Application. These applications do not require participation in the ICF Performance Evaluation Process.
Material of program is in English, delivery is in English, Spanish & Greek depending on the group of students requirements.
PROFESSIONAL COACH LEVEL 1
75 hours total training
- 48 hours live
- 2 modules |3 days each | 8 hours/day
- 12 hours group mentoring
- 3 hours individual mentoring
- 15 hours pre-recordings (asynchronous)
CONTENT OF THE PROGRAM
PRE-WORK: The main purpose of this part of the training is to prepare the ground for the live sessions. Students are given pre-recorded lessons (mp3), of 15+ hours in total. They are expected to listen to these sessions prior to coming to the live classes. Time available for listening is 1 month prior to live training.
LIVE TRAINING: The main purpose of this part of the training is to support students conquer the first level of Competencies of a Professional, coach, as defined by ICF . This is achieved through 48 hours of live training, delivered in a 2-month time frame.
It provides with:
OBSERVED COACHING SESSIONS: Five (5) observed coaching sessions for each student. Written feedback provided for all five (5) of them.
INDIVIDUAL MENTORING: Three (3) individual mentoring sessions (1-hour session
ASSIGNMENTS: 4 essays for self-reflection, awareness and growth of Coaches and their coaching practice (asynchronous)
GROUP MENTORING: 25 hours of Group Mentor Coaching over three (3) months, integrated into the total program and occurring periodically throughout the course of the training
PRACTICE SESSIONS: Opportunity to liaise and work with co-student to practice skills are provided.each)

EVALUATION PROCESS TO GET ACCREDITED
- Two (2) recorded sessions with clients are required to be submitted for evaluation. Students will be asked to transcribe those sessions and add their own comments and evaluation. These coaching sessions are at least one half-hour (30 minutes) in length.
- Candidates will need to pass an open book written exam, to evaluate their level of understanding of the teachings received.
After successful evaluation, students will get accredited as a True-me® Breakthrough Coaching Academy Professional Coach – Level 1.
